Dean Charbonneau First To Register For King Of Dirt Racing Pro Stock Tour
Story By: ROB HAYES / KING OF DIRT – FONDA, NY – Clifton Park New York driver Dean Charbonneau is first Pro Stock driver to officially register for King of Dirt Racing full fender competition during the 2018 season.
The former King Of Dirt Racing Pro Stock award winner spent much of the 2017 on the sidelines with a health scare. After the all clear from the doctors, Charbonneau is ready to return to the drivers seat on tour as a fan favorite. His best finish in points came back in 2016, where ‘Dean-O’ finished 3rd overall.
Charbonneau pilots an EMS chassis, which he owns himself. He carries the colors of his sponsors that include Grennon Project Services and Riberdy Contracting on the side of the familiar full-fender 4C.
On Friday nights during the summer months you can find Dean chasing the checkers at Albany Saratoga Speedway and once again he’ll tour with the King Of Dirt Racing Pro Stock hot shoes for a chance to be king.
The official registration form is available to all drivers via the website on the rules page. All drivers competing in any King Of Dirt Racing event must fill the form out, which will also be available at the track. To avoid lines or waiting at the track it is suggested to print it out, fill it out, and mail it in.
