Danny Bouc Sets ’21 Racing Plans; New Weekly Stops & Return To Short Track Super Series On Docket
Story By: PETE MACDONALD / DANNY BOUC RACING – PIPERSVILLE, PA – Pipersville, PA’s Danny Bouc will have new weekly stops for the 2021 season.
The 2020 New Egypt Speedway Modified champion will be changing directions next season competing both weekly at Pennsylvania’s Big Diamond Speedway on Friday nights and the Grandview Speedway on Saturday nights in addition to spec 358 Modified events at Bridgeport and New Egypt Speedways aboard Norm Hansell’s always potent No. 357 machines.
“It’s really awesome to have a guy like Norm call and ask if I’m interested to drive his equipment next season. It really means a lot, I’ve worked really hard to get to the point where I’m at and I can’t physically and financially do it anymore on my own so this is going to be a huge step in my racing career to be able to be more competitive and run more races,” said Bouc on Wednesday night. “We had a really solid season this year and I’m really excited to join forces with Norm and Jay and build on that.
The 30-year-old Bouc will also return to the Craig and Leslie Pondish owned No. 6 for competition on the Short Track Super Series trail for the 2021 campaign.
“I’m glad to be back behind the wheel of Craig and Leslie’s car as well for 2021, we have been making a lot of statements with their equipment, we built up a lot of momentum at the end of the season, I hope we can carry that into next year on the Short Track Super Series trail,” Bouc said.
Bouc plans to kick off his 2021 schedule with the Short Track Super Series Sunshine Swing at the Bubba Raceway Park located in Ocala, FL aboard his family owned No. 32.
