Rick Laubach Reuniting With Dick Biever For Friday Nights At Big Diamond Speedway
Information By: BRAD KEITSOCK – QUAKERTOWN, PA – Some exciting racing news for the fans of Big Diamond Speedway to be thankful for concerning the 2020 racing season has been confirmed.
Was given the “green light” by the ‘Quaker Shaker’ Rick Laubach to announce that Laubach and legendary local Schuylkill County Pa car owner Dick Biever have reunited for the 2020 racing season.
Laubach will pilot Biever’s historic #14s Bicknell modified on Friday nights at Big Diamond Speedway for the weekly racing wars once the gates swing open next April. Other special events are a possibility and might be added to their schedule for the 2020 racing season.
The Laubach/Biever combination is a second go around for this duo, as Laubach drove for Biever back in the early 2000’s and the combination had great success back then with Laubach parking Biever’s modified in victory lane at BDS and other speedways multiple times. Laubach will return to Biever’s hot rod for the first time since 2008 once the green flag drops for the 2020 season.
With Laubach’s talent and ability and Biever giving him the equipment he needs to get to victory lane, look for this reunited combination to be a major force and be racing up front all year long at BDS, a speedway they both know extremely well.
Wishing Rick Laubach and Dick Biever all the best in 2020.
