Performance Manufacturing Joins Kapuscinski, Missile Motorsports At Oswego

Story By: DAN KAPUSCINSKI / MISSILE MOTORSPORTS – OSWEGO, NY – Offering over 4,000 parts and products to the kart racing community, Performance Manufacturing of Middleport, NY, will partner with Missile Motorsports and driver Dan Kapuscinski for the 2018 Pathfinder Bank Small Block Super season at Oswego Speedway.

Joining Mark Castiglia’s Missile Motorsports earlier this month, Kapuscinski is happy to welcome Performance Manufacturing to the team, just weeks into his new effort.

“We’re excited to welcome Jody and Nick Herriven of Performance Manufacturing to the team this season,” said Kapuscinski. “Performance has been offering superior parts and components to the kart racing community since 2001, and have been tremendous partners at Oswego Kartway the last several years. We look forward to bringing Performance and Slack Karts to Oswego Speedway next season.”

Since 2004, Performance Manufacturing has been the builder of the Slack Karts chassis with an evolution of designs coming out of their Middleport, NY fabrication shop, including the race and championship winning, Xpect chassis.

The Xpect has won countless major events and championships throughout the country, including at Oswego Kartway and on the New York Dirt Kart Series.

While Performance Manufacturing specializes in chassis design and construction, their fabrication shop also produces countless products for the kart racing community utilizing a hands-on approach in product design with CNC machining, fabrication, and welding.

Performance offers an array of chassis components from hubs and spindles to sprockets and gear hubs, with a championship tested tire cutting service and tire prep line as well.
