Story By: DAN KAPUSCINSKI / TRIPLE CROWN CHAMPIONSHIP SERIES – OSWEGO, NY – An anonymous Supermodified fan has stepped up to donate a total of five right rear Hoosier Racing Tires at Oswego Speedway Triple Crown Championship Series events in 2017, starting with the Speedway’s 67th season opener on Saturday, May 13.

Drivers registered as Bentley Warren Driver of the Year candidates will be eligible to win a tire, as long as they start that night’s Oswego Speedway TCCS event.

One tire will be awarded during the May 13 season opener, two tires for the June 10 Twin 35’s, with one tire each being awarded at the July 1 Grand Prix and the July 22 Mr. Novelis Supermodified – making for a total of five right rear tires.

At the conclusion of each night’s racing, a random draw will take place at the Hoosier Racing Tire trailer among the Driver of the Year registrants entered and starting that night’s main event.

Currently Otto Sitterly, Dave Shullick Jr., Jeff Abold, Dave McKnight, Dave Danzer, Tim Jedrzejek, Joe Gosek, and Dave Gruel are eligible for the Hoosier Racing Tire giveaways.

Hoosier Racing Tire is the largest race tire manufacturer in the world.

Hoosier has grown to produce over 1,000 different types of race tires developed through a state of the art technology center and production facility with enough capacity to produce not only Hoosier Racing Tires, but to have the ability to produce rubber for additional entities as well.

With hundreds of race winners crowned annually, Hoosier Racing Tires are “Tires Designed for Champions.”

About the TCCS: The Triple Crown Championship Series of Supermodified Racing, a promotional Supermodified series, was formed by Dan Kapuscinski Motorsports Promotions in conjunction with Oswego Speedway and the International Supermodified Association. The 10-race joint venture, which helps to provide bonus money for Supermodified drivers and owners, would not be possible without the support of Shea Concrete Products, ASI Racewear, A&P Automotive, Burke’s Do-It-Best Home Centers as well as the support and dedication of the participating TCCS race teams and the loyal Supermodified fan base.
