Firefighter & EMT Night Upcoming At Outlaw Speedway June 11th For Regular Super 7 Show

Story By: KENNY SHUPP / OUTLAW SPEEDWAY – DUNDEE, NY – Outlaw Speedway owner/promoter, Tyler Siri is pleased to announce that Friday, June 11, 2021 will be Firefighter and EMT night at the track.

“We are extremely fortunate at Outlaw to have what many consider the best Fire and Rescue Squad in Motorsports. These men and women are exceptionally good at what they do week in and week out. It is a group that we can only hope is never needed, but when they are called on, they are Johnny on the spot. Most or all are trained professionals working for their own respective fire and ambulance companies where they live. They know their stuff and it is with their hard work and dedication in mind that Outlaw Speedway will honor all of the hard-working men and women of our local fire communities.” That according to track owner, Siri.

All firemen and women, EMT’s and Ambulatory Personnel will be admitted into the track absolutely free of charge on June 11 by showing up in uniform or producing applicable identification.

The night of action will see the Friendly Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram Modifieds in action along with the Lane’s Yamaha 360 Sprints. Also, two Sportsman Divisions will be in action including the Sunrise Insulation American Racer Tire Class as well as the Speed Connection DIRTcar Hoosier Tire Sportsman’s.

Rounding out the Super 7 Show will be the Stan’s No Tubes Street Stocks, the NAPA IMCA Hobby Stocks as well as the Winner’s Circle Deli 4 Cylinder Mini Stocks.

With Mother Nature being the big winner on no less than three occasions thus far in 2021, fans and drivers alike are getting itchy for a several week run of good weather.

“With Covid keeping most fans and even some race teams at home throughout all of 2020, these folks want to get their fix of racing. The season started off great in April with decent weather and the fans and car counts were way up. Since then, we have hit a bit of a snag with bad Friday weather. In every case we took a gamble and called the races off early in the day to save unnecessary travel. It paid off as on every occasion it rained all day. I’m hoping we get a repeat performance from last year when we never lost a full show from early June right thru September with awesome racing weather.” That once again according to Siri.
