Erick Rudolph Looks To Add To All-Time Win Record With BRP Modified Tour

Story By: TYLER WALKER / ERICK RUDOLPH RACING – RANSOMVILLE, NY – Erick Rudolph is no stranger to success in his DIRT modified programs, especially with the BRP Mod Tour.

In 36 series starts “The Firestarter” has 22 wins, an all-time series record. The series heads to West Virginia for a 2-night swing at Ohio Valley Speedway and Tyler County Speedway. This will be the first visit for Erick to Ohio Valley Speedway Friday Night.

Saturday Night will head to Tyler County Speedway where Erick holds the win record with 3 victories.

The Ransomville, NY pilot ran the tour full time in 2016 and 2017, bringing home the tour championship both years winning 13 of the 19 events.
“We run pretty well when we head down there. It’s convenient because it is not too far from home and the payouts make it worth the trip. It’s a win-win” Erick said.

When asked why he has had great success with the BRP Tour, Erick said “we work hard to win on and off the track. Running with the Super DIRTcar Series & Short Track Super Series has helped a lot. The competition alone has made us step our game up.”

The Motech Enterprises/ BBL Racing, ReVive Spine Center, Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield of WNY #25R will compete this weekend in West Virginia, then head east to Bridgeport Speedway in Swedesboro, New Jersey for the King of the Big Blocks 100 with the Super DIRTcar Series Tuesday, May 4th.
