Port Royal Speedway To Offer Hard Charger Award In Super LM Division During ’21 Season
Story By: JUSTIN SNYDER / PORT ROYAL SPEEDWAY – PORT ROYAL, PA – Port Royal Speedway is proud to welcome Georges Used Cars Inc. as the official hard charger sponsor of the River Valley Builders super late model division for the 2021 racing season.
Excluding the World of Outlaws Late Model Series, Lucas Oil Dirt Late Models, the River Valley Builders Super Late Models will take to the Speed Palace a total of 16 times in 2021. For all 16 of those events, George’s Used Cars Inc. will offer a $200 Hard Charger bonus for the biggest mover of the night.
On top of an increased purse of $3000 to win and $300 to start that was announced earlier in the season, this shows the continued dedication of presenting late model racing as a premier division at the Port Royal Speedway now and for years to come.
This is the second consecutive season that George’s Used Cars Inc. has served as a sponsor at the Speedway, as they came on board as a supporter of the Curt Hershey Tribute race last season.
“We raced for years ourselves and a lot of our friends are racers, so this is our way of giving back to the sport that we love,” said Mark Viener, part owner of George’s. “Port Royal is local to us and between myself and my dad we’ve been visiting Port Royal for close to 60 years. They off a family atmosphere and a great product and we’re proud to help out the racers who are out there spending their hard earned money to put on a show and have fun.”
