Kyle Armstrong’s Leaving 2020 In The Dust; Will Start ’21 At Bristol Motor Speedway
Story By: KYLE ARMSTRONG RACING – NEW MILFORD, CT – It is no secret that 2020 was a hard year for a lot of people for various reasons. It created unique challenges that most of us never expected to happen in our lifetime.
As we are all grasping to go back to some sort of normalcy, Kyle Armstrong was fortunate that he was able to have a season last year on the high banks of the Lebanon Valley Speedway.
Although, we were still figuring things out on the car (set up wise) and ended up 15th in points, we are grateful the track worked hard the weeks we did race and for giving us a safe season. With that, our team thanks them!
We ended the 2020 season with a very disappointing finish at Eastern States weekend in Middletown, NY. The crew worked countless hours to get us there and to end up pulling off 11 laps into the feature, due to visibility issues, was disappointing to say the least. For 2021, we are focusing on fine tuning our primary Bicknell car and getting out to as many tracks that we can.
With still a lot unknown about the 2021 season and what it will look like at our home track , Lebanon Valley, we are excited to announce that the 11a will be making a trip to Bristol, TN to race at the World of Outlaws Bristol Throwdown (April 22-April 24). Our team is anxiously waiting to be apart of this race and we couldn’t be more excited for this opportunity.
Aside from Bristol, are team is hoping to get to Albany Saratoga throughout the season along with some races at Orange County. If all goes well during the season, who knows, we might even try taking on Eastern States again and go out to Oswego for the first time.
Last season looked was very different and we are hoping that we will be able to see some of our fans this year. Make sure to follow us on Facebook and Instagram for all the latest updates!
It is safe to say we are pumped to leave 2020 in our dust, are you?
