Danny Dietrich Unveils New Look, Schedule & More For ’21; Welcomes New & Returning Partners

Story By: TYLER ALTMEYER / GARY KAUFFMAN RACING – GETTYSBURG, PA – It will be business as usual for Danny Dietrich and Gary Kauffman Racing in 2021.

The defending Central PA Sprint Car Point Series champions are set to launch a massive schedule that extends well into the triple digits, all of which kicking-off on Friday and Saturday, January 29-30, with an All Star Circuit of Champions doubleheader at Screven Motor Speedway in Sylvania, Georgia.

The two-day visit to the Peach State will award an $18,000 potential; $8,000 on Friday and $10,000 on Saturday.

The team’s early season campaign will continue with a five-pack during Volusia’s DIRTcar Nationals on February 3-7; two nights against the All Stars and three nights against the World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series.

In routine fashion, Dietrich, a 13-time winner in 2020 aboard Gary Kauffman’s familiar No. 48 sprint car, will mold the majority of his 2021 agenda around action in Pennsylvania Posse Country, also planning to join the All Star Circuit of Champions and World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series on at least 40 occasions, many of which within the heart of the Keystone State.

A segment of Ohio Sprint Speedweek featuring the All Star Circuit of Champions is also highlighted on Dietrich’s upcoming schedule, as well as a trip to Kokomo Speedway, a pair of visits to the recently reopened West Virginia Motor Speedway, Southern Iowa Speedway’s Front Row Challenge, Knoxville Raceway’s Capitani Classic and Knoxville Nationals, and the World Finals at The Dirt Track at Charlotte.

“Ideally, this is the schedule we would like to follow in 2021. Things could change pending our results and performances, but this is our plan for now,” Danny Dietrich said, driver of the Gary Kauffman Racing, Weikert’s Livestock, Sandoe’s Fruit Market, Pace Performance, Big Cove Whitetail Trophy Hunts, Drop Of Ink Tattoo, Sweeney Chevrolet Buick GMC, Self Made, Graver’s Garage, Racer’s New & Used Parts Warehouse, East Park Automotive, RV 4 Wheel Drive, Bollinger Construction, Blud Lubricants, No. 48 sprint car. “I can’t thank Gary Kauffman enough for the opportunity to do this again. He believes in me and he believes in our team, and that’s all the confidence I need. Hopefully we can head south and get this season started off on the right foot. A solid trip south would be a great way to get the bulk of our year rolling.”
