Max McLaughlin Finds Home With Norm Hansell For Short Track Super Series In ’21
Information By: SHORT TRACK SUPER SERIES – MILLSBORO, DE – Norm Hansell Motorsports has hired Max McLaughlin to chase the 2021 Bob Hilbert Sportswear Short Track Super Series Fueled By Sunoco.
McLaughlin will pilot the famed No. 357 in both the Hurlock Auto & Speed Supply North Region and Velocita-USA South Region presented by Design For Vision and Sunglass Central.
The new combination will debut at Georgetown Speedway in March for the $10,049-to-win Melvin L. Joseph Memorial.
”I feel like it’s a great opportunity,” McLaughlin said. “My first start with the Short Track Super Series came at Port Royal Speedway in October and I had a blast. It’s a well-run series and I’m thrilled to run for both (STSS) championships with a team I feel is very capable of winning them.”
McLaughlin will be in the STSS field at Bubba Raceway Park in January for the Sunshine Swing driving for the Vic Coffey team before setting in with Hansell’s Pennsylvania operation for the regular season.
