Perrego Takes Big Block Small Block Challenge At Devil’s Bowl; Mueller Wins BB, Williamson SB; Root Takes KOD
Information By: JUSTIN ST. LOUIS / DEVIL’S BOWL SPEEDWAY – WEST HAVEN, VT – It was a great night of racing action at the Devil’s Bowl Speedway Sunday as Anthony Perrego took home the Big Block Small Block Challenge ‘Battle at the Bowl.’
Perrego took the victory in the 50-lap affair with Erick Rudolph second, Mat Williamson third, Marc Johnson fourth and Jimmy Phelps fifth.
Jessey Mueller was the winner of the 25-lap Big Block event with Williamson, Rudolph, Johnson and Perrego following him. Williamson won the 25-lap Small Block race followed by Rudolph, Stewart Friesen, Demetrios Drellos and Larry Wight.
Kevin Root invaded the Bowl on Sunday and came away with victory in the King of Dirt ‘Leon Gonyo Memorial.’ Root took the win over Drellos, Kenny Tremont, Justin Comes and Jack Speshock.
