RPW Column: Rochinski Motorsports Set To Return To Big Diamond For 2020 Season

RPW Column By: BRAD KEITSOCK / RPW – DICKSON CITY, PA – The Rochinski racing family from Dickson City Pa. made a big decision and change to their racing plans once the 2019 racing season rolled around.

After spending eight years racing and winning multiple features on the tracks in the southern tier of New York and the northern tier of Pennsylvania, the Rochinski racing family led by team owner and father Brian, crew chief and son Kyle, and the wheelman and son Nick, decided to make a switch and call Big Diamond Speedway in Minersville Pa. their new home track on Friday nights for the 2019 racing season.

Crew chief Kyle mentioned, “We decided to make the switch to Bid Diamond Speedway last year because we wanted to try and make Nick the best possible driver and racer he could be, and we felt with the competition and the racers at Big Diamond that’s where we needed to be”.

The 2019 racing season at Big Diamond Speedway was a learning experience to say the least for the racing Rochinski’s . As crew chief Kyle put it, “We had a blast last year racing at Big Diamond, we got better and better each week and that has us looking forward to the 2020 racing season”.

When the gates swing open April 10th for the weekly 2020 racing wars Rochinski Motorsports will once again be calling Big Diamond Speedway their home track on Friday nights and will have a brand new Teo Pro car powered by a Morgantini power plant under the hood of their always immaculate #20R racing machine.

With the learning experience of competing and figuring out a new track and its racers behind them from last year, look for only bigger and better results from the Rochinski racing family, and for them to be etching their names into the Big Diamond Speedway record books by celebrating that first career feature win at the speedway which I’m sure isn’t that far off into the near future.
