Loud & Dirty Brand DIRTcar Northeast Fall Nationals Is Ready To Rock The BOS

Story By: JIM CLARKE / BROCKVILLE ONTARIO SPEEDWAY – BROCKVILLE, ONT – There’s nothing like a blockbuster event to wrap-up the 50th anniversary schedule at Brockville Ontario. The 2019 edition of the Loud & Dirty Brand DIRTcar Northeast Fall Nationals takes the green flag Friday and Saturday, October 18th and 19th. Track owner and promoter Paul Kirkland says everyone is looking forward to the season-ending doubleheader.

“We had a great year, with the fans getting a healthy dose of excitement from the moment we opened the gates,” Paul Kirkland said. “I can’t think of a better way to put the finishing touch on our history-making season than with another successful running of the DIRTcar Northeast Fall Nationals event.”

An action-packed celebration of the first half century at the popular 3/8th mile clay oval on Temperance Lake Road kicks off with a 100 lap Super DIRTcar Big Block tour date, a 50 lap Sportsman-Modified Series show to crown this year’s Ogilvie’s Auto & Fleet champion, Mr. DIRTcar Pro Stock 50 lapper and Mini Stock invitational. Racing starts at 6:00, following time trials.

The next day offers the 50th anniversary $10,000 to win Bullringer 358 Mod Series 110 lap ‘A’ main and the Ogilvie’s Auto & Fleet championship crowning, Open 360 Sprints and a 30 lap Street Stock invitational. Racing at 5:00, with time trials prior to the green flag.

As was the case last year, Brockville Ontario Speedway’s Loud & Dirty Northeast Fall Nationals will be centre stage for the Mr. DIRTcar Championship trail, with the 2019 titlists in the 358 Modified, Sportsman and Pro Stock divisions decided at The BOS. Mat Williamson picked-up the 110 lap main event checkered flag in 2018, while Larry Wight captured the overall point championship. It was Martin Pelletier earning the Sportsman-Modified win, with Kevin Root taking the crown. CD Beauchamp earned the Pro Stock feature win and Jocelyn Roy scored his 3rd Mr. DIRTcar championship.

There’s more than just great racing at the Northeast Fall Nationals. Make your RV camping reservations in the 1000 Islands RV turn 4 campground. Check out the vendors and music in the Pat’s Auto Centre and Radiator Fan Zone. Saturday, October 19th has live entertainment as Whysky Rocks kicks things off at noon, with fan favourites Ambush taking the stage from 1:00 ‘til 3:00.
