Billy Van Pelt Wins 6th Consecutive Lyle Sherwood Memorial At Woodhull

Information By: WOODHULL RACEWAY – WOODHULL, NY – Billy Van Pelt wins his 6th consecutive Lyle Sherwood Memorial at the Woodhull Raceway.

After drawing the pole for the 40 lap Feature event, Van Pelt saw a majority of lap traffic for the majority of the race. Only a late race caution would put the challenger of Brady Fultz to Van Pelt’s inside rub rails. But it wouldn’t be enough as Van Pelt was able to hold a 3 car length lead the rest of the event to his the 2019 edition of the Lyle Sherwood Memorial.
