LOUIS / DEVIL’S BOWL SPEEDWAY – WEST HAVEN, VT – For the first time in four races, someone other than Kenny Tremont stood in victory lane Sunday night at Devil’s Bowl Speedway. Frank Hoard III took the victory over Tim LaDuc and Jimmy Ryan. Floyd Billington took home the win in the Sprint Cars Of New England A-Main.
