“I got started in racing when I met Parm Atwal several years ago and my company did some work for him at the farm and when his family bought Ransomville Speedway, he gave me an open invitation to watch the races and had a difficult time just watching and I wanted to participate”, Bubby said. “Chris Burek offered me to drive his car so I did that for five or six weeks and decided it was something that I wanted to get into”, Bubby continued.
Over the past couple of seasons, Hy-Tech Concrete has been laying down concrete throughout the property. From the new foundations for the VIP Suites to the concrete in the concession stand, plus the pit pads, pads for the scales and concrete for the new tech barn in the pit area. “We are very fortunate to have the Atwal family be the track owners”, Bubby said.

Hytech Concrete will be having their night in the VIP Suites when the World of Outlaws Craftsman Late Models come to the Big R on Friday, June 15. Rutland Corwin Funeral Home will have their night on June 22, along with WLVL. Sunset Bar will have their VIP night on July 13. Ransomville Speedway tech officials are hosting a pre-tech on Saturday, April 21 at the Ransomville Fire Hall from 10 am-12 noon. A full tech inspection will be taking place. Drivers are encouraged to bring your suits, helmets, head and neck restraints and the racecar for tech officials to go over everything before VP Fuels presents Test, Tune, and Time on Friday, April 27.
