Empire Super Sprints Adds Another Mini Series To 2018 Racing Schedule
Story By: DEAN REYNOLDS / EMPIRE SUPER SPRINTS – SYRACUSE, NY – A new point series will debut in 2018 for the Lucas Oil Empire Super Sprints (ESS). The 35th Anniversary Tour would like to announce the E&V Energy I-90 / I-81 Series. Full point events at seven different tracks will be a part of this series that will pay the top 10 in points a nice point fund.
In Central New York, Interstates 90 and 81 are vital highways for many ESS teams to get to several race tracks that make up the Lucas Oil Tour. E&V Energy also has several locations that are located just off the I90 or I81.
Stops held at Brewerton, Can-Am, Fonda, Land Of Legends, Thunder Mountain, Utica-Rome and Weedsport Speedways will carry a separate points towards the crowning of the first ever E&V Energy Series champion.

The first event on the Series will be a return visit to the Thunder Mountain Speedway on May 19th and will cap off at the show up point event at the Utica-Rome Speedway during Super DIRT Week on Oct. 2nd for the $3,000 to win Cole Cup.
