Ohsweken Speedway Pre-Season Meeting Scheduled For March 18th
Story By: TOMMY GOUDGE / OHSWEKEN SPEEDWAY – OHSWEKEN, ONT – Ohsweken Speedway will be holding pre-season information and registration meetings on Sunday, March 18 at the Iroquois Lacrosse Arena located at 3201 Second Line in Hagersville, Ontario.
Ohsweken Speedway officials do not anticipate any major changes for 2018, but teams are welcome to bring their questions or concerns to this pre-season information session.
Grandstand Season Passes, Pit Memberships, and Season Pit Passes for the 2018 Ohsweken Speedway season will be available for purchase, with all prices staying the same as 2017! The $60 early bird membership price is available until May 15, 2018. Memberships are payable by cash, cheque, debit card, or credit card. The schedule for the meetings is as follows:
- 11:00am to 1:00pm – Registration for Micro Sprints
- 12:00pm to 1:00pm – Micro Sprints Meeting
- 12:00pm to 1:00pm – Registration for Friday Night Divisions
- 1:00pm to 2:00pm – Mini Stocks & Thunder Stocks Meeting
- 2:00pm to 3:00pm –360 Sprint Cars & Crate Sprint Cars Meeting
KOOL KIDZ RETURNS AS MICRO SPRINTS TITLE SPONSOR; PRESEASON MEETING SCHEDULED FOR MARCH 18
Speedway officials are proud to announce that Kool Kidz Ice & Water has once again signed on as title sponsor of the Micro Sprint racing program. A preseason information and registration meeting has been scheduled for Micro Sprint teams on Sunday, March 18.
Located less than one kilometre from Ohsweken Speedway at 2228 Chiefswood Road, Kool Kidz Ice & Water has been a partner of the speedway and a number of race teams for several years. Kool Kidz became a title sponsor of Ohsweken’s 360 Sprint Car division in 2016, and expanded their support of local grassroots racing in 2017 as the title sponsor of the Thursday Night Micro Sprint program.
The preseason information and registration meeting for Kool Kidz Micro Sprint teams is scheduled for Sunday, March 18 at the Iroquois Lacrosse Arena located at 3201 Second Line in Hagersville, Ontario. Registration for Micro Sprint teams will run from 11:00am to 1:00pm, with an open discussion from 12:00pm to 1:00pm. Ohsweken Speedway officials do not anticipate any major rule changes for 2018, but the Micro Sprint teams are welcome to bring their questions or concerns to this preseason information session. Official schedules will also be released at the meetings.
The Micro Sprint membership fee is $65 for the season and allows the driver to enter the pits at the $30 member price each week, along with free weekly entrance for two crew members. Membership fees are payable by cash, cheque, debit card, or credit card.
