Monadnock Speedway Set To Go In 2018; Unveils Schedule

Column By: MATTHEW WIERNASZ / RPW – WINCHESTER, NH – Monadnock Speedway will return in 2018 as they will welcome back the Valenti Modified Racing Series on Saturday, April 21 for the Spring Dash 100 Season Opener.

The NASCAR Whelen All American Series divisions will be apart of the program. The event will kickoff at 5:00 p.m. There will be a practice held the week before on Saturday, April 14 with general admission free for the practice session.

The ISMA Supermodifieds will head to the New Hampshire quarter mile oval on Saturday, May 19 for a 75 lap race along with the NASCAR Whelen All American divisions.

The open track party and Heroes Of Yesteryear will be held on Saturday June 23 with the NASCAR Whelen All American Divisions and NEAR (New England Antique Racers)

The Firecracker 100 with the Valenti Modified Racing Series on Saturday, July 7 and the NASCAR Whelen All American Series divisions with a large fireworks display. The event will kickoff at 5:00 p.m.

The NEMA Midgets and Lites return for the Iron Mike Scrivani Memorial on Saturday, July 14. There will be no racing on Saturday, July 21.

The Granite State Pro Stock Series will return for the JBH 100 on Saturday, August 11. The Valenti Modified Racing Series will make their final appearance of the season on Saturday, August 25.

The last points race of the year for the NASCAR Whelen All American Series divisions will be held on Saturday, September 15.

The season on the oval will close out on Saturday, September 22 with a special start time of 2:00 p.m. featuring all the NASCAR Whelen All American Series divisions along with spectator races Big Wheels races and the Champions Go-Karts race.
