Dirt Modified Nostalgia Tour Points Battles Heat Up Heading To Paradise

Story By: JEFF CIGLICH / DIRT MODIFIED NOSTALGIA TOUR – GENEVA, NY – This Saturday August 5th the all new Dirt Modified Nostalgia Tour series heads to the Paradise Speedway in Geneva, NY.

The 1/3 mile smooth as glass oval will see the Modified division separated by only 5 points with Kingston, On native John Stanley holding the edge over Tyler Reynolds of Lyn, On. Matt Larrivee of Forrest Port, NY comes to Geneva with the tie breaker edge by virtue of his feature win last week at the Airborne Park Speedway in the Nostagia division. The MVCC Tom Belewich owned ride sits deadlocked with Kingston, Ontario’s Tim Hegarty at 185 points a piece.

Once again there will be lap money, the first three Nostalgia cars will receive $75.00, $50.00 and $25.00 as part of the MVCC “Nostalgia Heroes” program. The MVCC will also be kicking in it’s “maintenance” award for the hard luck driver. Predator Automotive will be supplying the $25.00 Hard Charger bonus.

The green flag drops at 6:15 pm.
