Lascuola Looking Forward To Granite State Pro Stock Series This Season

Story By: MATTHEW WIERNASZ / RPW – BROCKTON, MA – Nick Lascuola is in the Granite State Pro Stock Series in 2017. He is really happy to be apart of the series during the 2017 season. Ever since he has been in Super Late Model racing, he has watched the Granite State Pro Stock Series. He has not done a full series before in a Super Late Model.

” Watching the Granite State, they seem like a great series and I am excited.” Lascuola Said

Lascuola has ran in the Legends. With a Legends car, Lascuola feels you have no grip and you are wheeling the car. Once he got into a Late Model and had the grip. His move from the Legend cars to the Late Models helped in the transition. It helped with car control of the legends car to the Late Model. Once the move to the Super Late Model/Pro Stock with the bigger car and bigger tire as well as a bigger motor he loves to go great.

All the races the Granite State Pro Stock Series is doing on the 12 race schedule to Lascuola feels its a great thing. He is really excited to go to Seekonk. He feels like it will be his best chance to have one of his best runs. He is really excited for the World Series at Thompson Speedway Motorsports with the World Series Of Racing in October and the New England Short Track Showdown at New Hampshire Motor Speedway on Saturday July 1st. He is excited for tracks like those.

Lascuola feels the level of competition when you have some PASS competitors like Jeremy Davis or D.J. Shaw that it makes everyone step up to the plate. He believes the more the PASS drivers race with them that will make the Granite State Pro Stock Series drivers better competitors.

His goal for the 2017 is to get Rookie Of The Year. He feel if he gets top 5’s and possibly a win at the end of the year that would be a good goal to set. The Granite State Pro Stock Series will head to Riverhead Raceway this Saturday.
