Ransomville Speedway To Host Informational Drivers Meeting February 13th

Story By: STEVE PETTY / RANSOMVILLE SPEEDWAY – RANSOMVILLE, NY – Ransomville Speedway will be hosting a drivers meeting for all classes on Saturday, February 13, 2021, at the O. Leo Curtis American Legion Post #830, located on 2589 Youngstown-Lockport Road in Ransomville, NY.

Meetings will start at 9:00 am for the Sunflowers of Sanborn Mini Stocks. At 10:00 am, drivers of the KiPo Motors Street Stocks will meet. 11:00am will be the meeting for the Investor’s Services Sportsman and the Kevin’s Carpet Cleaning Novice Sportsman. The final session of the day will begin at noon for the Krown Undercoating Modifieds.

Everyone in attendance must wear a mask until seated. No more than two representatives per team will be allowed due to social distancing. No food will be brought into the facility as all COVID-19 restrictions will be enforced. There will be a book that all attendees must sign for contact tracing.

DIRTcar memberships and Ransomville Speedway memberships will be available for purchase. If you bought a Ransomville Speedway membership in 2020, you are asked to bring it and it will be exchanged for 2021 membership.

Ransomville Speedway memberships are $75 and members are entitled to all trophies and point fund monies. Season passes are $495 and include membership. Reserved pit parking will also be available for purchase. The reserved spots for the season cost $300.

Ransomville Speedway officials including tech inspectors and the race director will be present to answer any questions.

A company night sponsorship will include VIP tickets, a BBQ picnic in our hospitality pavilion, seats in the VIP Tower with snacks and beverages, and VIP Pit access for all guests. For guests under the age of 17, a minor release parental consent form must be signed as well as a copy of the minor’s birth certificate must be provided. A company night sponsorship also includes advertisements on the Jumbotron as well as over the public-address system by the speedway announcers, and mentions in the My Laps Souvenir Program, posts on Social Media and on the speedway website. Company night sponsorships will also have the sponsor’s name on the full color printed schedule brochures and can get their pictures taken in KiPo Motors Victory Lane with the night’s feature winners.

You can also rent one of our VIP Suites for a night. If you are hosting a family reunion, a bachelor’s or bachelorette party, or just entertaining some friends from out of town, you can enjoy a night at the races in style at the Big R! Your VIP Suite rental package includes tickets to the races, a VIP BBQ picnic, pit access, and complimentary snacks and beverages as well as a welcoming from the track announcers.

Another way that your company can be seen is through our billboard advertising. From billboards in the grandstand concourse area, trackside, and in the parking lot, there is not a spot on the property that your company would not be noticed.

Digital advertising is also available through our state-of-the-art Jumbotron. If print media is more your go-to to get noticed, the Ransomville Speedway has the My Laps Souvenir racing program. The program gets printed for every race night and has the latest press releases, results, stories about the drivers, and more! Ad space is available in the souvenir program.

Race night sponsorships are still available throughout the season. VIP Suites are available for some of the biggest races of the season, including the 36th running of the Summer Nationals for the Big-Block Modified Super DIRTcar Series on Tuesday, July 6, Fireworks Night on Friday, July 2, and both Demolition Derbies (June 18, September 3).
