Tough 2020 Debut For Justin Whittall; Lincoln Speedway Rematch Ahead
Story By: TYLER ALTMEYER / JW MOTORSPORTS – VINCENTOWN, NJ – Unfortunately for Justin Whittall, his 2020 debut during Lincoln Speedway’s annual Icebreaker was short, forced to retire early after being involved in a red flag incident during the opening lap of his respective heat race. The Vincentown, New Jersey-native did not return to action and was eventually scored ninth in his heat.
“That wasn’t the way we wanted to start our season, but things happen and we’ll move on. That’s all you can do,” Justin Whittall said, driver of the JW Motorsports/Brotherton Brewing Company/Pioneer Auto Body/Mid-Atlantic Transport/Worldwide Bearings/FK Rod Ends/Stilo Helmets/JG Kronenberger Fine Jewelry/No. 67 sprint car. “The season is young. We have more than enough time to bounce back.”
Justin Whittall and JW Motorsports will return to the ‘Fabulous’ Lincoln Speedway in Abbottstown, Pennsylvania, on Saturday afternoon, February 29.
