Jeff Watson Named King Of Dirt Sportsman Newcomer Of The Year For 2017
Story By: ROB HAZER / KING OF DIRT – FONDA, NY – As the King Of Dirt Series ramps up towards the Night Of Champions banquet scheduled for February 10, 2018 at The Bridge Walk at Perthshire in Amsterdam, NY, the series take note of award winners who will be honored in front of their peers.
On Thursday, Jeff Watson was named 2017 Newcomer Of The Year Award on the 1-800-GOT-JUNK? Sportsman Series tour presented by Andy’s Speed Shop, Dean’s Electrical, and Dodson Construction.
Watson spend 2017 touring for the first time in his championship career and earned a KOD series win at Lebanon Valley. He was also featured on this season’s Dirt Rush Web TV series.
