Strong Run By Paul McMahan Against All Stars Has CJB Motorsports Looking Forward To New Event

Story By: NATALIE JACKSON / CJB MOTORSPORTS – CARLISLE, PA – Mother Nature proved to be a fickle temptress as the CJB Motorsports team and driver Paul McMahan were thwarted in their attempt to run a triple header over Memorial Day weekend.

Persistent rains and soggy grounds canceled scheduled action with the Flo Racing All Star Circuit of Champions at Williams Grove Speedway near Mechanicsburg, Pa. on Friday, May 28th and Port Royal (Pa.) Speedway on Saturday, May 29th. The $29,000-to-win Bob Weikert Memorial (also held at Port Royal) was delayed from Sunday to Monday due to rain.

Once underway, McMahan #23 RE Pierson Construction, Nyce, Crete & Landis Block and Concrete, C&S Lawn and Landscape, High Performance Lubricants, Ecynbro Trucking machin to 14th quick in time trials, a 3rd place finish in his heat race and 11th in the feature.

The team will be in action with the All Stars again when they head to Fairbury (Illi.) American Legion Speedway on Thursday, June 3rd before heading to Wilmot (Wis.) Raceway on Friday, June 4th, the Plymouth (Ind.) Dirt Track on Saturday, June 5th and Angell Park Speedway near Sun Prairie, Wis. on Sunday, June 6th.
