First-Career Victory At Grandview Speedway For Danny Bouc Comes Saturday Night

Story By: GRANDVIEW SPEEDWAY – BECHTELSVILLE, PA – Young Danny Bouc was able to hold off hard charging defending champion Craig VonDohren to take the Norm Hansell #357 to victory in the 30-lap NASCAR T.P.Trailers Modified feature Saturday night at Grandview Speedway.

The win was the first for Bouc at the Bechtelsville clay oval. Decker Swinehart topped the field in the 25-lap NASCAR T.P.Track Equipment feature.

VonDohren was credited with second in the Advance Auto Parts Weekly Series main event. Also in the thick of the action for a top finishing spot with the Modifieds was Tim Buckwalter as he came home third in the 28-car starting field. Point leader Brett Kressley finished fourth while multi-time champion Jeff Strunk grabbed a fifth.

Joey Vaccaro finished second in the 24-car starting field that made up the Sportsman main event. Bryan Rhoads was able to grab third followed by point leader Kenny Gilmore and Cody Schantz. Feature winner Decker Swinehart also earned a bonus for being the top finishing Crate Sportsman.

Coming up on Friday, My 7th, at 7 p.m. is Outlaw Racing Series Enduro and Vintage Racing action.

Saturday, May 8, 7:30 p.m. the 602 Sportsman Mini-Series returns to action along with the Modifieds and Sportsman. It will be Mom’s Night with the first 50 Moms getting a free gift. The oldest and youngest Mom earns two free race passes.

Adult admission is $18.

Coming up on May 15th is a triple-header show that will include the East Coast USAC Sprint Cars, the Modifieds and Sportsman.

Admission for this special event will be $25 for adults.
