Jeff Heotzler Teaming With Palmer Racing For 2020 Racing Season At Fonda Speedway

Information By: PALMER RACING – HOWES CAVE, NY – It appears that the Jeffer is heading to the “Track of Champions.”

It was announced on Saturday that Jeff Heotzler will be the pilot of the Carole & Alton Palmer-owned #76 at the Fonda Speedway in 2020, replacing Bobby Varin.
