Bridgeport Motorsports Park Is Ready Going Green For The New Season
Story By: BRIDGEPORT MOTORSPORTS PARK – SWEDESBORO, NJ – As the COVID 19 pandemic continues, Bridgeport Motorsports Park is ready to go GREEN.
The renovations have been completed and some finishing touches are being put on. Once the restrictions are lifted, we will see the first Green Flag fall that weekend.
“Ray Carroll and I have been discussing how we want to continue with the season once the restrictions are lifted”, said Rose. “With all the uncertainty out there, we have decided on a 2 stage plan. When the governor allows businesses to reopen and if there are no occupancy restrictions, we will open that coming Saturday with a regular show of Modifieds, 602 Sportsman, and Street Stocks and will continue with the current schedule thereafter. If the green light for businesses to reopen has an occupancy restriction, depending on the number, we will open with a practice that Saturday on the big track for all divisions of big cars and that Sunday on the 1/4 mile track for all divisions of small cars.”
We encourage all race teams to be ready and prepared to hit the track, the Green Flag will soon be waving.
