BAPS Motor Speedway Solidifies Title Sponsors For 2020 Season
Story By: KALI LANDIS / BAPS MOTOR SPEEDWAY – YORK HAVEN, PA – Sponsorship is important for the success of a dirt track and the divisions that compete at the speedway on a weekly basis.
The backing of companies serves two purposes. Not only does it help offset costs and pay point funds, it shows community interest in the division.
That is the case at BAPS Motor Speedway. And like previous years, the York Haven facility has a strong group of companies coming back to be a part of what the management team is building at the speedway.
The four core divisions at the speedway — Super Sportsman, Late Models, Street Stocks, and Extreme Stocks — will have title sponsors heading into 2020. Three of the divisions have sponsors returning to the fold, with the Street Stocks introducing a first-time company to the speedway next season.
“It means a lot to have sponsors come back for another year,” General Manager Kolten Gouse said. “I think it’s a testament to the drivers and teams who compete at the speedway and the program we are building.
“Frankie’s Used Auto Parts and Mike’s Towing is coming on board to sponsor the Street Stocks this year. We are pleased to have them join our list of great sponsors at the speedway this season.”
BAPS Paint and Finish will be back for its third year sponsoring the headline Super Sportsman division. Creekside Auto Sales also re-upped for a third year as the title sponsor for the Late Models.
The senior member of the group is Superior Homes, who will be back for a fourth season with the entertaining Extreme Stock class.
“It’s great to be associated with the quality sponsors we have at the speedway,” Gouse said. “We are honored to be able to represent these companies and look forward to having them at the speedway for years to come.”
