Matt Sheppard Granted Permission From Fulton Speedway Management To Run Outlaw 200

Information By: MATT SHEPPARD MOTORSPORTS – WATERLOO, NY – After a couple of seasons away from the event, Matt Sheppard has announced on his Facebook page that he will be able to run the Outlaw 200 at Fulton Speedway in October.
