Plans In Place For Motorsports 2020 Trade Show; Exhibitor Space Moving Quickly

Story By: ERNIE SAXTON / SAMMONS PRODUCTIONS – OAKS, PA – Pioneer Pole Buildings and Sunoco Race Fuels Distributed by Insinger Performance will return as major sponsors of the 35th annual Motorsports Race Car and Trade Show.

The three-day 2020 event returns to the Greater Philadelphia Expo Center in Oaks, PA for an 11th year on Friday, Saturday and Sunday January 17th – 19th.

The PPB Motorsports presented by Sunoco show will again offer attendees the opportunity to see up close over 200 race cars of all kinds spread across the 250,000 square feet of exhibit space. Everything imaginable in motorsports for racers and fans will be on exhibit and often available at special show pricing. Speedway and race organizations often release new schedules at the show and make special announcements.

Show promoter Len Sammons is already working on lining up a headline racing celebrity for the 2020 show. NASCAR Hall of Famer Darrell Waltrip was a big attraction in 2020, taking with fans and signing autographs. Tony Stewart and Richard Petty headlined in 2019 and 2018.

Aqua-Duck Water Transport is also returning for a second year as sponsor of the always popular Ms. Motorsports Pageant which will be held on Saturday evening when the winner will receive a $1,500 check.

“The 35th annual show is already building to be another huge success. As the show continues to grow in popularity, attendees just never know what or who they might find while wandering the show aisles,” said Sammons.

Exhibitors in the 2019 show had until June 16th to renew, enlarge or move their space to a new location. The response has been huge and early renewals have been coming in right on up to the deadline.

All remaining exhibit space is now available on a first come, first serve basis. A new show brochure, outlining the floor layout and all the information that exhibitors will need is available on-line at motorsportstradeshow.com, by sending an email to Danny Sammons at danny@aarn.com or by calling the show office at 609-888-3618.

After the show the fun continues at the nearby Valley Forge Casino Resort, heralded in 2019 for great food and beverage available late night at multiple locations. As a bonus a live feed from the Tulsa, OK Chili Bowl Midget Car race was also available for viewing on multi-screens.

Sold-out last year show weekend, the Valley Forge Resort offers high quality rooms at a discount price of $89 to show attendees in advance who access a web-link available at the show web-site under “host hotel” or by calling the hotel using a special discount code.

“The Greater Philadelphia Expo Center in Oaks continues to be a great location in the center of the northeast motorsports world right in the suburbs of Philadelphia,” said Sammons.

“It’s easy in and easy out with plenty of Free parking surrounding the Expo Center. It has become a very popular location with show attendees and exhibitors with great nightlife and gambling afterwards at the host hotel.”
