Developing: Is Danny Johnson Reuniting With The Sweetners Plus Team?

Is Danny Johnson going back to a place where he had a lot of success? After news that he had parted ways with the Ray Graham-owned operation, rumors had been swirling as to where he may be heading to next.

Well, we may have gotten a glimpse as to the answer.

Johnson supporter and former car owner Chris Gennarelli made this post on his Facebook page on Tuesday afternoon.

Danny will back in the Sweetners car for all that would like to know thank you to Vic coffee and all involved

Gennarelli did confirm to Race Pro Weekly that this is indeed a new ride for Danny. He also confirmed that the pairing will run several DIRTcar and other big special events this season. A schedule is being developed.
