Dietrich Hopes To Improve On Frustrating Weekend With Friday Night Visit To Williams Grove

Story By: TYLER ALTMEYER / GARY KAUFFMAN RACING – GETTYSBURG, PA – Although a frustrating weekend in the Keystone State, losing action on Friday to Mother Nature followed by a 15th place finish at Lincoln Speedway on Saturday, ‘Double-D’ Danny Dietrich will shake it off and try again this Friday and Saturday, March 29 & 30, with another round of action in Posse Country.

Dietrich, driver of the Gary Kauffman Racing/Weikert’s Livestock/Sandoe’s Fruit Market/Pace Performance/Big Cove Whitetail Trophy Hunts/Drop Of Ink Tattoo/Sweeney Cars/Self Made/No. 48 sprint car, will enter the upcoming weekend with one victory to his credit thus far in 2019, that occurring at the ‘Fabulous’ Lincoln Speedway on Saturday, March 16.

“I gave it 110% this weekend. That’s all I can do,” Dietrich said, who was a ten-time winner during action in 2018. “Just one of those weekends, I guess. We’ll shake this one off and try again when we head to Williams Grove Speedway on Friday. I can’t thank my team enough. They work hard and they deserve to be in victory lane. I’ll work as hard as I can to make that happen this weekend.”

Although Dietrich’s plans for Friday are definite, nothing has been set in stone for Saturday. A decision will be made later in the week.
