Quackenbush Motorsports Moves To The Keystone State; Adds New Sponsors For 2019

Story By: STEVE PADOS / QUACKENBUSH MOTORSPORTS – SHERMANDALE, PA – Racing remains a 365 day cycle for families seeking to improve upon what they have done in the past. That being said, the quest sometimes adds consequences to be able to pursue the ultimate dream of racing and to be in the right place at the right time in order to accomplish the goals set for a given season.

“The Quack Attack” Ryan Quackenbush, having gone through the rigors of his rookie season on the circuit, is anxiously awaiting for the new season to begin.

Quackenbush Motorsports has traveled many roads in the past and has logged many miles in doing so. The family has left the friendly confines of New York State to make the move into Sprint Car territory as they ramp up for the 2019 racing season. The family will now make their home in Shermandale, Pennsylvania., right in the middle of Sprint car country and will make for an easier tow to the race tracks the team has penned in for competition.

The Quackenbush Team will kick-off the new season competing in two divisions, with both the USAC East Coast and the URC to be part of the big plans the team has set for 2019. The family, although plagued by many rain-outs during the 2018, still felt very comfortable with the continuing progress of their young driving talent.

While competing in USAC, Ryan enjoyed five top ten finishes and was plagued with some mechanical gremlins in two additional events. Ryan competed with the URC and finished third in points in his rookie season and garnered Rookie of the Year honors. The 2019 schedules in the two divisions will allow Ryan, with his solid history of running wingless, to continue to step up his game and loom as one of the front runners and a favorite with the fans with his aggressive take it to the limit………. style of driving.

The Quackenbush Racing Team will focus on the new season ahead with high hopes as Ryan goes to battle with a two car assault. Two Maxim Chassied hot rods are ready to go and the URC machine is powered by a 360 A1 Powerplant. The USAC racer will be powered by a Travis Racing Engine. His Dad operates as the Crew Chief and Mom works hard at compiling the stats and keeping the book keeping and finances intact.
