Rick Laubach To Call Big Diamond Speedway Home On Friday Nights In 2019

Story By: BIG DIAMOND SPEEDWAY – MINERSVILLE, PA – Santa has delivered a Christmas present for the fans of Big Diamond Speedway this past weekend.

Hellertown PA’s Rick Laubach has announced he will return to the weekly Friday night racing wars at the Big D. Laubach, the 2014 358 Modified Champion at the Speedway, took a year hiatus from racing weekly at BDS in 2018 but plans have been put in place to see the ‘Quaker Shaker’ to return stronger than ever.

Laubach will be wheeling the potent Bicknell #1K 358 Modified owned by Ryan Kerr. A brand new powerplant will be under the hood.

Laubach is one of the top Northeast Modified racers in the country. He’s won plenty of races at Big Diamond and most of the biggest races the track has to offer each year.

Laubach and the Kerr #1K are a huge addition to track’s Modified field for 2019.
