Day Two Of World Finals Delayed Due To Weather; Gates To Open At 5PM
Story By: CRISTINA CORDOVA / DIRTCAR – CONCORD, NC – After an exciting first day of the 2018 World of Outlaws World Finals presented by Can-Am, weather has forced World of Outlaws and Charlotte Motor Speedway officials to push back the start time for today’s program.
With current rains expected to continue through the afternoon, with stong winds, Gates will now open at 5PM, with racing set to start as soon as possible after the weather clears and necessary track prep is complete.
Racing will continue until midnight with remaining events carrying over to Saturday.
