The duo will have their hands full however to put their machines in victory lane as Horseheads, NY native Robert Johnson and “Trigger”, his potent Mustang bodied hot rod at the tight 1/3 rd mile speedplant.
But it is Romulus, NY’s Jon Kuleszo should be the favorite after his dominating performance at Paradise last season.
Over in the Nostalgia class Race Director Mike “Beeker” Verbeek has seen enough of Tim Hegarty posing with checkered flags. He is offering a $100.00 bounty on the Defending Nostalgia Champ to any Nostalgia class car that can put an end to his 2 win streak after he claimed wins at both Mohawk and the Land Of Legends.
