Ryan Godown To Drive Andy Romano’s #97 At Brett Hearn’s Big Show X At Albany-Saratoga
Column By: RAY ROGERS / RPW – JOHNSTOWN, NY – Race Pro Weekly has just learned that Ryan Godown will be behind the wheel of the Andy’s Service #97 for Brett Hearn’s Big Show X Tuesday night at Albany-Saratoga Speedway.
“The Ringoes Rocket” will be behind the wheel of the legendary Andy Romano-owned 97 as the team’s regular driver, Peter Britten, is committed to the Graham Racing #21a for Super DIRTcar Series action.
That left the team looking for a driver, and Godown agreed to climb aboard for Tuesday’s historic event.
The Ringoes, NJ driver has been a very busy pilot so far in 2018, for sure. Last week, he competed in the USAC Eastern Storm events and with the Modified on the Short Track Super Series.
This wheelman could just be the outsider to steal the Big Show on Tuesday evening.
