Season Passes For Brockville Speedway ‘Just The Ticket’ To Family Racing Fun

Story By: JIM CLARKE / BROCKVILLE ONTARIO SPEEDWAY – BROCKVILLE, ONT – A new schedule of exciting DIRTcar action at Brockville Ontario Speedway is coming-up fast. Officials at The BOS want to make sure their dedicated fans see every lap of the 2018 calendar with special pricing on season passes for grandstand and pit admission. With this year’s lid-lifter about a month away, track owner and promoter Paul Kirkland says there has already been plenty of chatter leading-up to the first green flag.

“For our drivers, race teams and fans, the Saturday, May 12th season opener can’t come quickly enough,” Paul Kirkland said. “Whether they’re cheering for our Saturday night regulars or any of our special guest divisions, we’ll have a full plate of edge of the seat excitement to keep everyone happy with the new agenda.”

Make sure you don’t miss a minute of Brockville Ontario Speedway’s regular season, with an annual pass. Grandstand admission is just $220, with a pit pass for the popular 3/8th mile clay oval on Temperance Lake Road, north of the city only $420. Each pass is good for all events, except the Northeast Fall Nationals and saves the purchaser about 30% off the regular price.

It’ll be a busy 2018 schedule at The BOS. The Ogilvie’s Triple Crown Series returns, with extended distance main events for the Small Block and Sportsman-Modifieds May 12th, June 30th and the finale – part of the Loud & Dirty Brand Northeast Fall Nationals – October 12th and 13th. Also on this year’s calendar are a pair of 1000 Islands RV Border Battle events – June 9th and July 14th – with $2000 to win a 35 lap 358 Mod feature and $800 waiting for the victor of a 30 lap Sportsman ‘A’ main.

Perhaps the biggest mid-week show in the history of Brockville Ontario Speedway takes the green flag Wednesday, August 8th. The Bullringer 110 – presented by RTD Trailers – has a DIRTcar 358 Modified Series 110 lap feature for $10,000 and a Sportsman-Modified 110 lapper, with a $2000 payday.

Saturday night short track racing notebook: Brockville Ontario Speedway will host an open practice session – Saturday, May 5th – from 1:00 ‘til 4:00. Fans are invited to watch the test and tune outing, with free spectator grandstand admission.
