Bryce Davis Making Super Plans In 2018
Column By: ROBERT SYMONDS / RPW – CANISTEO, NY – Whenever the late models are having a race in the Southern Tier, Bryce Davis is one of the top names to be on everyone’s watch list. Davis, whom had been in a late model since the age of 16, is no stranger to tracks all over the Northeast.
Just last season, Davis had two series feature wins and eleven top five finishes to his name. Those feature wins and consistent finishes was what helped Davis to claim the 2017 RUSH Late Model Championship.
With the race season just around the corner, the Davis Racing team is looking forward to some new competition in 2018. Bryce Davis had made the decision to move to Super Late Model racing this season. After talking with his crew, family, and friends, it seemed it was time for Bryce to move up to the next level of competition.
“I felt it was time to keep progressing in my career,” Bryce Davis mentioned in an exclusive interview on Sunday evening. “We won our share of Crate (Late Model) races and finally won the RUSH Late Model tour. So it felt like this year was the year to move and see what happens.”
Davis mentioned that he would be running with ULMS Racing Series and even racing with the World of Outlaws Late Model Series in 2018. With a lengthy list of events at local tracks including Eriez, Outlaw, and Ransomville, Bryce Davis will be giving his fans a great reason to come out to local tracks in support of the 94. Davis will be taking on some of the best in the business including Dave Hess, Max Blair, and even Brandon Sheppard.
However before the season starts, Davis Racing will be hosting their annual race party at the Nikk L Brew in Canisteo, NY on April 7th from 3-7pm. $10 per ticket at the door. For more information visit Davis Racing on Facebook.
