Missile Motorsports Partner Skip’s Fish Fry To Provide Fresh Seafood In Oswego Beginning December 6
Story By: DAN KAPUSCINSKI / MISSILE MOTORSPORTS – OSWEGO, NY – Mark Castiglia’s Missile Motorsports has recently signed on Skip’s Fish Fry as a sponsor of the Dan Kapuscinski No. 00M Pathfinder Bank Small Block Super for the 2018 season at Oswego Speedway.
Castiglia and crew continue to move forward in preparing two SBS machines for the coming season with Kapuscinski’s ride complete, minus bodywork, with work now underway on an all-new chassis for teammate Anthony Losurdo.
Skip’s Fish Fry, owned and operated by longtime Oswego Speedway race fan Shawn Cathcart, will join Cam’s Pizzeria, Farmers Insurance Stephen Gioia Agency, FFB Race Chassis, Performance Manufacturing, and Slack Karts as supporters of the No. 00M this season.
“Shawn is a guy that loves racing and loves to help support it as much as he can,” said Kapuscinski. “This new endeavor for Shawn has been a labor of love and we are so excited to be a part of helping to promote Skip’s Fish Fry in its first summer of operation.”
Located at 42 West 2nd St. in Oswego, Skip’s Fish Fry is set to open on Wednesday, December 6 and will be Oswego’s only authentic New England style fish fry.
As a small and locally owned family business, the main focus of Skip’s Fish Fry is to bring freshly sourced seafood from the wharfs of Boston.
Skip’s will proudly offer fresh haddock, scallops, shrimp, and a host of other salt-water treasures that customers will be sure to fall in love with.
As a part of their grand opening on December 6, Skip’s will offer a 10% discount to all active military and on duty emergency services personnel (EMS, Police, and Fire).

Missile Motorsports and Skip’s Fish Fry will first hit Oswego Speedway at its open practice session scheduled for Saturday, May 19 before coming back for the Speedway’s 68th annual season opener on Saturday, May 26.
