Jared Miley Looking Forward To New Opportunity

Story By: TYLER ALTMEYER / JARED MILEY RACING – BUTLER, PA – Creating the potential for a Western Pennsylvania powerhouse, Pittsburgh’s Jared Miley and Butler-based super late model car owner, Joe Corrado, will join forces in 2018, planning to tackle a schedule that will include events throughout Pennsylvania, as well as regional and national programs at facilities in the surrounding states.

While still planning to enter select programs in his Jared Miley Racing entry, Miley will fly Corrado’s colors during the majority of his 2018 season, driving the familiar white and orange, Blue Mountain Energy-backed no. 10.

“I can’t thank Joe Corrado enough for this opportunity,” Jared Miley said. “My family and I have been racing together my entire career, but this will give me an opportunity to branch out and build a relationship with a great, local car owner. I’m fortunate enough to have great partners who are willing to make the move with me and support my journey with Joe [Corrado]. We have a lot of work to do, but we’re anxious to get started.”

Corrado and Miley will combine super late model resumes that include not only victories, but also championships, each earning track titles at Lernerville Speedway and Pittsburgh’s Pennsylvania Motor Speedway; Miley as a driver and Corrado as a car owner.

“I think we have a lot of potential,” Jared Miley added, who has earned 20 victories over the last three seasons. “[Joe Corrado] obviously knows what it takes to win races and championships, and he’s proved that at a few different race tracks. I’m excited to see what we can do together. We don’t have everything planned out exactly, but once all of the series and tracks start announcing their schedules, we’ll have ours ready to go.”

Jared Miley’s 2018 schedule will be put together and released in the coming weeks.
