Time To Get Ready For The PASS 150 At White Mountain Motorsports Park

Column By: STEPHEN DURHAM / RPW – NORTH WOODSTOCK, NH – In 2016, it was Johnny Clark getting to victory lane in the PASS 150 at White Mountain Motorsports Park. For a second year in a row the PASS tour visits the famed “Thunder in the Mountains” speedway located in Woodstock, New Hampshire. Clark is looking for a 2017 PASS tour win still and can defend his PASS 150 title with a win this weekend.

Coming to try and take away the crown will be the new points leader after Beech Ridge, Travis Benjamin who already has two wins on the season and looking to now obtain a bigger lead. Hot on Benjamins tail and trailing by only one point is Glen Luce who also has two wins on the season. This will be the battle to watch as we head into this Saturday as it has the PASS Championship on the line with this race and the Oxford Championship race being the final races of the 2017 season.

A little further back in the third spot in points is DJ Shaw who is coming off a top 5 finish at Beech Ridge. Lurking in the fourth spot in points is Ben Rowe who is looking for a 2017 PASS tour win currently and coming off a runner up finish on Sunday and is looking to boost himself into the third spot in points with another stellar run. Rounding out the top 5 in points and the defending winner of the PASS 150 is Johnny Clark.

Guys to keep an eye out for in the PASS 150, is Dave Farrington who is coming off a rough finish at Beech Ridge finish seventieth and the hot shoe of Derek Griffith who is coming off a top 10 finish at Beech Ridge. Joining the PASS Super Late Models will be the PASS Modifieds, street stocks, bandits, and the legends will all be on the program this Saturday September 23rd, 2017. First green flag drops at 6 pm.
