Relationship With Chassis Builder Keeps Chad Jeseo On Track

Story By: DANI SEIPP / JESEO RACING – WEST LEBANON, NY – The stands were packed at Lebanon Valley Speedway as warm weather and no threat of precipitation held the promise of uninterrupted Saturday night racing.

Chad Jeseo and the #25 Team were ready to do battle on The High Banks once again. The car was good right from warm ups. A 5th place finish in the first heat would give the team a good starting position in the feature.

Jeseo, who made the switch to PMC chassis this season, is learning more with each race and PMC has been very supportive.

“It’s nice to have input at the track from Pete. He has been there every week helping, sharing ideas, and giving input on the chassis, I’ve learned more every week about driving styles and car management.”

Jeseo started the feature 5th after Rob Pitcher elected to drop to the rear from the pole. The #25 went to work at the drop of the green flag. By the time the checkers dropped Jeseo was in 8th; he was passed, only by last year’s points leaders.

Jeseo keeps finding himself inside the top 10. “A top 5 would be nice but these top 10s are not bad with level of competition that is here at the valley.”

Although the team would have preferred to go a different route with the tire prep, overall, they were happy with the finish and more importantly, the car was in one piece.

“We are trying to do the best we can and finish, finishing is key. You have to finish in order to win.”

Jeseo and the #25 Team will be back at Lebanon Valley Speedway Saturday 6/3.

Jeseo would like to thank Mike Hurley from RC Concrete and Dave Rifenburg from Cedar Peaks.
