Outlaw Shootout At Freedom Now A Guaranteed Spot In Fulton’s Outlaw 200
Story By: CHARLIE LANGLOIS / FREEDOM MOTORSPORTS PARK – DELEVAN, NY – After a week off due to graduations, the Prime Time Energy Services Outlaw Modifieds return to Freedom Motorsports Park on Friday, June 30. The winner of the extra distance 40 lap feature will receive a guaranteed starting position in the Fulton Speedway Outlaw 200 to be held on Saturday, September 30.
Joining the Outlaw Modifieds on Sahlens Night will be the Tidds Towing DIRTcar Sportsman in a ROC Sportsman Series event along with the Pioneer Ford Street Stocks and the Danny Heineman & Sons Plumbing Mini Stocks. The green flag is scheduled for 7:30 pm on Friday, June 30.

The 32nd annual Fulton Speedway Outlaw 200 is one of the premier Modified races in the Northeast. With extra laps, extra money and an Outlaw 200 guaranteed spot on the line at Freedom this Friday, expect another incredible show by the Outlaw Modifieds. The battle for the point championship has turned into a three car tug of war between Adam Hilton of Buffalo, Ron Cartwright Jr. of Portageville and Shayne Pierce of St Catherines, ON. Hilton leads both Cartwright Jr and Pierce by thirteen points with Pierce the only one of the three to have sat in victory lane.
In the Tidds Towing DIRTcar Sportsman, five drivers are within twelve points of each other in the standings. Defending Champion Brad Rouse of St Catherines, ON, leads Adam Leslie of Port Colborne, ON by a mere two points. Kyle Inman of Darien is eight back, Adam Ashcroft of Sardinia is nine markers out and James Friesen of St. Catherines, ON is only twelve behind Rouse. Rouse, Inman and Friesen have captured wins. Many invading Sportsman competitors are expected for ROC Sportsman Series $1000 to win event. Show up points will be awarded for this show.
Dennis Cummings of Wellsville in the Pioneer Ford Street Stocks and Holden Heineman of Sardinia in the Danny Heineman & Sons Plumbing Mini Stocks lead their respective standings.
Bring the family out for a great night of racing at the area’s fastest 1/3 mile clay oval. Grandstands open at 6:00 pm and racing starts at 7:30. Adult grandstand admission for this special event is only $16, $15 for Seniors, $8 for Students (9-15) and kids under 8 are admitted free.
