Danny O’Brien Continues Podium Streak At Brockville

Story By: CLAYTON JOHNS / DANNY O’BRIEN RACING – INVERARY, ONT – Danny O’Brien continued his streak of podium finishes at Brockville Ontario Speedway with his third-straight second-place finish. O’Brien has not finished worse that second in five events at Brockville this season and has eight top-10 finishes in as many starts at the Eastern Ontario Bullring.

O’Brien’s fourth-place finish in his heat race on Saturday night didn’t hinder his efforts at all as the current 358 Modified point leader was handicapped to a starting spot outside the top-10 anyhow. It didn’t matter come Feature time as the reigning title order raced past Chris Herbison with two laps to go to claim the runner-up result and finished less than tenth of a second behind winner Chris Herbison.

O’Brien will be back in action with his 1000 Islands RV Centre/Heather-Lynn Topping supported No.17d at Brockville on June 24. For additional event information, visit www.brockvillespeedway.com.
