Story By: TYLER ALTMEYER / DANNY DIETRICH RACING – GETTYSBURG, PA – With two additional top-ten finishes to his credit, earning a sixth place performance at Williams Grove Speedway on Friday, April 21, followed by an eighth place performance at the Port Royal Speedway “Speed Palace” on Saturday, April 22, “Double-D” Danny Dietrich will now attempt to cash in on his consistency and fend off the invading Arctic Cat All Star Circuit of Champions during their first Central Pennsylvania swing of 2017.

Dietrich, pilot of the Gary Kauffman Racing/Weikert’s Livestock/Sandoe’s Fruit Market/Pace Performance/Gsell’s Whitetails/Hickory Run Orchards/Carlisle Auto Salvage/CATS Used Truck Parts/Drop Of Ink Tattoo/Bowman Block & Head Repair/Sweeney Cars/Self Made/No. 48, will join “America’s Series” for a pair of $5,000-to-win programs at the Williams Grove Speedway and Bedford Fairgrounds Speedway on Friday and Sunday, April 28 & 30, respectively. Dietrich earned two victories against the Arctic Cat All Star Circuit of Champions in 2016, as well as a grand total of six top-ten finishes in ten main event starts.

“We always look forward to racing with the All Stars,” Danny Dietrich explained. “It gives us an opportunity to race against some teams that you normally don’t have an opportunity to race against in this area. We had a lot of good results against the All Stars last year, and some this year, also, so obviously the intent is to continue that.”

Between his upcoming Arctic Cat All Star starts, Danny Dietrich will enter competition at the “Fabulous” Lincoln Speedway in Abbottstown, Pennsylvania, on Saturday, April 29. Dietrich, the current track championship point leader at Lincoln Speedway, as well as the current Central PA Sprint Cars presented by Hoseheads point leader, owns two victories in the Pigeon Hills thus far in 2017 and hopes to push that total to three on Saturday night by capturing the 14th Annual Weldon Sterner Memorial worth $6,900.
