Ransomville Speedway Car Show This Weekend
Story By: STEVE PETTY / RANSOMVILLE SPEEDWAY – RANSOMVILLE, NY – The cars and the stars of the Ransomville Speedway will take over the concourse of the newly remodeled Fashion Outlets Niagara Falls USA this weekend. The weekend will be filled with activities for all fans alike with an Autograph session and the crowning of the 2017 Miss Ransomville. The show will take place during regular mall hours this Friday through Sunday.
Throughout the weekend, drivers can purchase Ransomville Season Passes along with DIRTcar licenses as well as Go-Kart memberships. Also for purchase will be the brand new 2017 Ransomville Speedway T-Shirts along with the 2017 Hangover T-Shirts. Ransomville will also be giving away kids passes for the races as well.
Saturday night March 25th will feature the popular Autograph Session will take place at 6:00pm at Entrance #6 by Saks Fifth Avenue and Forever 21. After the autograph session will be the 2017 Miss Ransomville contest at 7:00pm.
Judging the Miss Ransomville contest will include former Miss Ransomville’s Wendy Stolzenberg Carmer (1996), 2001 Miss Ransomville Joanne Rickard Israel, 2010 Miss Ransomville Jessica Whitley and 2013 Miss Ransomville Mindy Kramp. Also judging will be Val Kruse from Farmers Insurance of Lockport, Sue Harbison from A-1 Landscape, and Ransomville Speedway General Manager Jennifer Martin.
You will see the stars and future stars of the “Big R” throughout the Fashion Outlets. The Krown Undercoating of Ransomville 358 Modifieds will be represented by Erick Rudolph, Scott Kerwin and divisional rookie Jesse Cotriss. The Investors Service Sportsman and Stevenson Hardware Novice Sportsman division will showcase the racers of James Henry, Brett Martin, Austin Susice, Brett Senek, Derek Wagner, Dave DiPietro, Justin McKay, and Bubby Pawlak. Chris Dziomba, Donald Hermanson and divisional rookie Jordan Moden will be representing the KiPo Chevrolet Street Stocks. The Thursday night Go-Kart program will be represented by Jeff Anstett, Brayden James, Tyler Foster and Michael Evans. Chris Ketch will have his vintage car on hand as well.
