Caprara’s Can Am To Host Eastern Ontario Vintage In ’17

Story By: JEFF CIGLICH / EASTERN ONTARIO VINTAGE STOCK CAR CLUB – LAFARGEVILLE, NY – Last season the Can Am International Speedway saw the Eastern Ontario Vintage Stock Car Club a total of eight times. This year the Club will see the very fast half mile North country oval twice, including the season opener on May 13 th. The second visit will take place on June 10 th.

Can Am Speedway quickly became a favourite venue among the EOVSCC members with it’s size and speed. There were many occasions that saw green to checker heats and features last year and some excellent side by side action. Of course 2016 was dominated by Kingston, On native John Stanley who clicked off five feature wins on his way to the 70’s, 80’s Championship.

This season should see more competition with more members coming on board for the upcoming season.
